Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services group. You will act as a trusted business advisor delivering due diligence and advisory services to help clients meet complex financial needs, collaborating with firm leadership to grow the business and provide meaningful client relationships.

You will work with senior leadership to develop industry expertise, lead client interactions, and support firm growth

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships with clients and the community.
