About the Opportunity

Elite Legacy Innovations is expanding in Austin, TX, and we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Entry-Level Manager Trainee Program!

This hands-on opportunity is designed for individuals interested in developing careers in sales, marketing, customer engagement, business development, and leadership.

As a Manager Trainee, you'll begin by working directly with customers to promote energy programs, explain available services, and assist with customer enrollment. As you gain experience, you'll develop skills in team leadership, coaching, campaign management, and daily business operations.

No previous management experience required! We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do
