Responsibilities

• Support daily execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with team to improve campaign results and customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing and leadership development training.
• Learn coaching, team-building and performance management techniques.
• Assist with training and supporting new team members as you advance.
• Gain exposure to business operations, campaign coordination and team management.

About the Opportunity

Trident Acquisitions is expanding in Minneapolis, MN, and we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing team through our Entry-Level Manager Trainee Program.

This hands-on development opportunity is designed for individuals interested in building a career in sales, marketing, business development, customer engagement, and leadership.

As a Manager Trainee, you'll begin by gaining practical experience representing client campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and developing effective communication and sales strategies. As you progress, you'll have opportunities to build additional skills in team development, coaching, campaign management, and daily business operations.

No previous management experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and professional development to help motivated individuals build a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Represent client organizations and campaigns through face-to-face marketing and sales initiatives
