Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance and develop leadership skills, with promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

Location is 341 S Lincoln Ave, Corona, CA 92882. The program combines sales, operations, fleet management, finance, and leadership training to prepare you for future leadership roles within Hertz.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and adaptable.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: support team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles and lot management.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management, build team leadership and scheduling skills.
