Tower Loan in Decatur, Alabama seeks a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program. You will spend 10–12 months gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, with a clear path to leadership.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) with some weekend hours, competitive pay, and performance-based incentives. Relocation required upon promotion to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
