Menards Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. You will work hands-on with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for future management roles.

As you progress, you’ll gain experience toward advancement to 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, with a promote-from-within culture and solid earning potential.

Qualifications
