Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program intended to develop and prepare you for retail management.

You will work closely with General Management and Store Teams to build hands-on experience and leadership capabilities. As you progress, you will gain exposure to various store operations with the goal of stepping into management roles across Menards’ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for a management role.
• Progress through the program with the goal of promoting to management roles across Menards locations.
