Menards Inc. is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program designed to develop future leaders in retail management. You will work closely with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a management role.

As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on experience across operations, customer service, and team development, with clear advancement opportunities to 330+ locations, corporate office, and more.
