Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders in retail management. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role.

Through progression in the Manager Trainee program, you’ll be positioned to promote to 330+ store locations, corporate office, and distribution centers as opportunities arise.
