Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Retail Management. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build essential leadership and operating skills.

As you progress, you will be prepared to take on a management role across our 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills essential for managing customer interactions and inquiries.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve store goals.
• Leadership experience or a business degree is preferred for this trainee program.
