You will receive hands-on training across store operations, sales, inventory, and estimation, with promotion to management considered within 6–12 months based on performance.

No prior experience is required; dedication and willingness to relocate for advancement will be supported by a structured learning plan.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience or aptitude
• Ability to learn store operations and inventory management
• Basic blueprint reading and material estimation
• Forklift operation and certification training considered an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Store Operations and Inventory Management: Oversee material/supply chain flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Blueprint Reading and Estimation: Create material estimates for building projects.
• Forklift Operation and Certification: Safe handling of materials and equipment.
• Business Management: Payroll, invoicing, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Enhance skills through a comprehensive training program.
