84 Lumber is hiring a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level role designed to prepare you for a leadership position within the company. You will receive hands-on training across store operations, with promotion potential to management within 6–12 months based on performance and availability.

No experience is required to begin your career; candidates should be ready to relocate for future managerial opportunities and will learn about sales, inventory control, blueprint reading, forklift

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Read blueprints and create material lists for projects.
• Use Microsoft Office and POS systems for daily operations.
• Support payroll, invoicing and inventory tasks.
