Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program in a retail setting. This paid, full-time training path develops general management skills and prepares you to lead store teams.

As you progress, your team and store leadership will guide your growth toward a future management role across Menards 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
