Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Ohio. This paid, full-time training role is designed to develop you for future management positions within our 330+ store locations.

You will work with a General Management team and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for a leadership role. Ideal candidates bring outstanding customer service and leadership experience, with a business-related degree preferred.
