Menards in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Manager Trainee to launch a rewarding career in retail management. This paid, full-time program develops your leadership and operational skills through hands-on experience in a growing company.

As you progress, you’ll work with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to prepare for a management role across our 330+ stores and facilities.
