Job summary

Menards Inc. in Peoria, IL is hiring for a Manager Trainee program—a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop future store leadership. You will train under the General Management team and Department Managers to build the skills needed for a management role.

As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to operations across a 330+ store network with promotion-from-within career paths, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.
