Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in Williston, ND. This paid, full-time program is designed to develop you into a management role within our growing retail organization.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and help prepare for a future leadership position. Enduring results come from someone who thrives on training and teamwork.
