Job summary

Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee program in Missouri, Independence. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for future management responsibilities within our stores.

As you progress, you and the General Management team will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare you for promotion to a management role at one of our 330+ locations, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package including medical/dental plans and store discounts.
