Job summary

Menards is seeking candidates for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee position designed to develop you for management. You will engage with seasoned leaders and teammates to learn every facet of our operation and prepare for a future leadership role.

As you progress through the program, you will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and our customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop for management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business.
• Progress to a management role across Menards locations as you advance through the program.
