Job summary

Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program that develops you for Menards Management. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a management role.

Upon program completion, you will be eligible to promote to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, supported by a strong promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and ability to lead a team.
• Leadership experience or potential for management roles.
• Business-related degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop store team members to exceed goals.
• Contribute to a customer-focused, store-wide service culture.
• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to prepare for store management.
