Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training aims to develop you for future management roles across our store network.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will mentor you to gain hands-on experience and prepare you for leadership positions in the near future. You’ll benefit from ongoing training and a clear career path.
