Menards Inc. in Minnesota is seeking motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program—a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to prepare you for store management.

As you progress, you will work with the General Management team and Department Managers to develop your understanding of our business and readiness for a future management role at one of our 330+ store locations. Successful trainees gain advancement opportunities and a promote-from-within culture, with weekend
