Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Las Vegas/Henderson seeks a Manager Trainee who will work with the Studio Manager to model Perspire’s mission and lead membership sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will train staff, manage team and inventory, and coordinate front desk operations as you prepare for advancement to Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager.

Seeking full-time candidates with availability on weekends; location opportunities include Green Valley or Summerlin, NV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wellness or service.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Studio Manager on SOPs and ensure consistency in membership sales.
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Lead with positive energy to foster Perspire Sauna Studio as a great place to work.
• Act as liaison between the Studio Manager and staff.
• Communicate updates, products, events, and protocols in the Manager's absence.
• Drive membership sales and monitor performance with charts.
• Maintain high guest visibility and ensure courteous service.
• Oversee front desk processes and check-ins, inquiries, and forms.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Inspect facilities and ensure equipment operates properly.

The Manager Trainee works closely with the Studio Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in helping to motivate and support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are leaving feeling better than when they arrived.

Manager Trainee is training to be either Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager.

Manager Trainee assists the Studio Managers with the four main studio responsibilities:

• Team Management
• Member Management
• Inventory Management
• Facility Management

The person in this role is a pivotal partner in the management of day-to-day activities focusing on achieving sales goals through membership sales and superior guest experience. The role is a unique opportunity for an individual looking to make a meaningful contribution to a cutting-edge organization in the health and wellness sector. Primary Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Senior Studio Manager/Studio Manager on the implementation of standard operating procedures, specifically managing and ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants are maintaining consistency and upholding daily expectations
• Assisting in the training, coaching and development of team members
• Bringing positive, team-first energy and helping make Perspire Sauna Studio an exceptional place to work
• Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team members
• Communicating all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to the team in the Studio Manager’s absence
• Leading the team with strong membership sales. This is measured with conversion percentage and sales performance charts
• Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times. Ensuring guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service
• Resolving any guest complaints or membership issues with the highest level of customer service
• Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests
• Understanding and speaking to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Ensuring that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), consent forms, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, and new membership agreements. *Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
• Performing weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing functions
• Performing and documenting daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure facility operation standards are met and all equipment is functioning properly
