Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee Program in Grand Island, NE. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop future store leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship from the General Management team.

As you progress, you’ll rotate with Department Managers and Store Team Members, with opportunities to advance within 330+ stores nationwide. The program emphasizes promotion-from-within, customer service excellence, and leadership development.

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred
