Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through the rental process and resolve questions professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation and compliance.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication and performance coaching.
• Build skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you'll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real-world experience, you'll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.

Wage: $16.00 per hour
