Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying customer needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process and resolving questions professionally.
• Assist daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation and compliance tasks.
• Partner with leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, and performance coaching.
• Develop skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
