SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) has a dynamic role, known across wholesalers, retailers, and partners as the person who brings our brand portfolio to life through events, venues, and retail. They are organized, communicative, creative, and adaptable to a non-traditional work schedule, including later nights and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop plans and tailored playbooks for all channels based on local properties and events
  • Mobilize brand planning
  • Execute sampling and activation events across the territory
  • Manage tickets, sponsorship negotiations, and budgets
  • Coordinate resort/destination planning and execution (where applicable)
  • Collaborate with the Experiential Team on sponsorships
  • Support venue CAPEX execution and work with top wholesalers to ensure clarity of plans
  • Assist in executing On-Premise plans and manage channel-specific programs to deliver volume and share growth
  • Communicate results regularly and mentor team members
  • Manage channel pilots and optimize key levers
  • Implement channel blueprints and track KPIs such as volume, share, and distribution

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of regional marketing, sales, and the On-Premise Channel
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and internal tools

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
  • Knowledge of the beer/alcohol industry
