Job summary

Advance America in Texas is seeking a Manager of Texas Hispanic Initiatives to lead engagement and growth in the Hispanic market across the entire state. The role sits at the intersection of community outreach, marketing, and business development to authentically connect with local communities.

You will develop strategy, collaborate with marketing for bilingual campaigns, and build relationships with chambers, nonprofits, and cultural organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
• 3–6+ years of experience in community outreach, multicultural marketing, or digital marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive Hispanic market strategy for Texas aligned with Advance America's growth objectives
• Partner with our Marketing team to create bilingual (English/Spanish) campaigns and content that connect authentically
• Build relationships with Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, nonprofits, cultural institutions, and community organizations statewide
• Represent Advance America at cultural events and celebrations across Texas — from Fiesta and NIOSA to Hispanic Heritage Month
• Track performance, report on community growth, and bring data-driven recommendations to executive leadership

What You'll Do

As our Manager of Texas Hispanic Initiatives, you'll be the champion for Hispanic community engagement and growth across the state — sitting at the intersection of community outreach, marketing, and business development. You'll help Advance America show up where it matters most, in ways that resonate deeply and build lasting trust.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive Hispanic market strategy for Texas aligned with Advance America's growth objectives
• Partner with our Marketing team to create bilingual (English/Spanish) campaigns and content that connect authentically
• Build relationships with Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, nonprofits, cultural institutions, and community organizations statewide
• Represent Advance America at cultural events and celebrations across Texas — from Fiesta and NIOSA to Hispanic Heritage Month
• Track performance, report on community growth, and bring data-driven recommendations to executive leadership

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field
• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
• 3–6+ years of experience in community outreach, multicultural marketing, or digital marketing
• A deep, authentic connection to Texas Hispanic culture, values, and consumer behavior
• The drive to travel up to 50% within Texas and make a real impact on communities across the state

Bonus points for: experience in financial services or consumer lending, existing Texas Hispanic community networks, or bilingual content creation.
