ModMed is seeking a Manager of Technology Services to lead a high-performing delivery team focused on complex interface projects and AI-enabled automation. You will manage dashboards, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Cloud, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in technical delivery leadership, HL7/FHIR understanding, and cloud proficiency, with remote US work options and a strong emphasis on governance and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical leadership experience required.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading technical delivery teams of 5+ contributors.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex integration, interface, or technical service initiatives.
• Proficiency in HL7 (V2/V3), FHIR, CDA, or industry-specific data interchange protocols.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.
