ModMed is seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Director, Program Management Office (PMO) to lead our enterprise maturity roadmap and governance at scale from our Boca Raton HQ. This role partners with executive leadership to translate complex initiatives into aligned programs and disciplined execution.

Reporting to the VP, Business Operations & Strategy, this individual will drive the execution of a comprehensive enterprise maturity roadmap, ensuring our systems, processes, and governance are scaled to support the company's next phase of growth and organizational maturity.This role will serve as the enterprise program coordinator, partnering across executive leadership and business functions to drive alignment, governance, and disciplined execution of company initiatives.
