About the Role

Impact you will make

This is a managerial position that oversees the operations support team for our insurance eligibility product. This position will coordinate and streamline onboarding and steady-state processes as it relates to product QA, EDI and reporting operations. It will provide system-level monitoring and analytics for a large number of customers. This position will also optimize the operation and efficiency of our data processing engine that delivers insurance eligibility and insights to national healthcare systems. This key product enables our customers to better secure payment for bills that may otherwise, go unpaid.

What you will do

  • Manage the workload and administrative tasks for an evolving team with multiple focuses while creating an environment of continuous improvement with regard to process, technology and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the team’s backlog to optimize throughput and to accurately predict turnaround time for open issues
  • Identify impediments for the team and determine the best elimination plan
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure teams are working together in order to delight our customers
  • Manage capacity and staffing to include recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance management
  • Drive consistency in process
  • Present project outcomes for upper management
  • Mentor other leaders and engrain best practices into company culture

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • SQL knowledge
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Mangement
  • Experience in healthcare-based setting
  • Experience managing in a remote environment
  • Travel required: Minimal (a couple of times a year)
