Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Talent Acquisition to lead strategic and tactical recruiting for a diverse range of roles, from director to frontline staff, while focusing on customer satisfaction and quality of hire. You will work with senior management to plan hiring strategies and oversee a team of recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
• Project management work experience on a corporate level.
• Negotiation skills including vendor agreements.
• Exhibited Analytical and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
• Knowledge of HR laws and internal policies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC’s talent needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients and work with Senior Management to plan and execute hiring strategy.

The Manager, Enterprise Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC’s talent needs. This person is the main point of contact for internal clients and works with Senior Management to plan and execute the hiring strategy. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, this person will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from director to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting. Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

• Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and/or other HRIS systems.

Compensation: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00
