Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manager of Employee Relations to lead the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations team. You will provide leadership to Employee Relations Representatives and ensure issues are addressed consistently and in line with policies and laws.

The role involves consulting on complex matters, overseeing case management and investigations, supporting leaders, and promoting best practices across the organization while developing team

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRBP support, workplace investigations, or related HR function.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide leadership to Employee Relations Representatives responsible for supporting workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and policy guidance. Also, you will ensure employee relations issues are addressed consistently, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies, employment practices, and applicable laws.As the Manager, you will:provide consultation on complex or escalated employee relations mattersoversee case management and investigationssupport leaders in addressing workplace issuespromote. consistent employee relations practices across the organization.In this role, you develop team capability, monitor case quality and service delivery, identify trends and emerging risks, and partner with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and organizational leaders to support effective workplace practices.Qualifications:5 years of experience working in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources Business Partner support, workplace investigations, or a related Human Resources function, including experience independently managing complex employee relations matters requiredExperience providing functional leadership, project leadership, team coordination, or formal people leadership is required.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field requiredAbout Us:Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
