Responsibilities

  • Manages relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Manages requisition posting and process with HR and hiring managers.
  • Develops cost-effective sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and events.
  • Screens and assesses candidate applications, work history, and disclosures.
  • Uses behavioral interviewing to evaluate candidates for selection.
  • Develops and refines employer branding through marketing, social media, and communications.
  • Advises hiring managers on recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements, and onboarding.
  • Aims to recruit diverse candidates to boost creativity and performance.
  • Performs project management on talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Tracks effectiveness of search firm partners and recruitment programs.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with hiring managers and other HR staff to provide full life-cycle recruiting to support to meet the needs of our leadership recruitment efforts. This position will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing and screening/interviewing, and for managing the offer and hiring processes for assigned requisitions.

Description:

  • Manages relationships with department leaders, hiring managers and others to review the workforce, staffing needs and recruitment strategies to ensure a quick, effective and successful acquisition of talented candidates.
  • Works with department leaders and other HR staff to manage the requisition and posting process
  • Implements cost-effective sourcing strategies through passive and active tactics including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, hiring events, internal databases, etc. Develop and maintains candidate flow.
  • Matches and evaluates candidate skills through screening and assessment. Reviews candidate applications, work history and disclosures involving other HR staff when necessary.
  • Utilizes behavioral-based competency interview techniques to evaluate and recommend candidates for selection.
  • Develop and refine branding through marketing, communications, social media, videos, websites, etc. Project the employee value proposition and professionally represent the company at internal and external events.
  • Advises and educates hiring managers about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate management techniques. Guides candidates and hiring managers through hiring and onboarding process by initiating clear and timely communication.
  • Recruit diverse candidates to improve company creativity, innovation and performance by ensuring we attract diverse candidates to our opportunities.
  • Performs project management activities on special talent acquisition projects.
  • Manages and tracks the effectiveness of search firm partners.
  • Produce and maintain data, metrics and analysis on recruiting programs and efforts.
  • Monitors effectiveness of recruitment programs and recommends process improvements to streamline recruitment with emphasis on the selection process.
  • Develop professionally by researching and taking advantage of learning opportunities (training courses, reading, certifications, networking events, conferences, webinars, social media, etc.)
  • Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
