Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a STEM field with related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of 10–15 engineers across Reliability, Human Factors and System Safety.
• Manage section leadership tasks: staffing, performance reviews, time keeping, and resource planning.
• Oversee reliability, human factors, and system safety programs for Launcher programs (submarine missile).
• Produce safety and verification documents, analyses, and product service life assessments.
