Dexcom is seeking a Systems Design Engineering Manager in San Diego to lead test systems in sensor manufacturing, safeguard product integrity, and influence validation strategies for CGM devices. You’ll troubleshoot challenges in real time and work with cross‑functional teams to drive quality.
A technical degree with 8–12 years of industry experience and 3–5 years of leadership in medical devices is required, plus knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

As a Systems Design Engineering Manager, you won’t just oversee the maintenance of our test systems—you’ll be a key player in safeguarding product integrity. You’ll work hands-on with advanced test systems in our sensor manufacturing, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and directly influence how we validate and improve our products. Every day brings something new, from solving complex technical problems to collaborating cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
