THIS IS AN ONSITE DAILY REQUIRED POSITION
Primary Job Function The position is responsible for maximizing product availability while optimizing inventory over the long term planning horizon. Position will influence members of the finance, R&D, marketing, customer service, and other members of supply chain enterprise to create strategies for network optimization and inventory. Manage supply risks and uncertainty and plans mitigation to respond to dynamic business conditions.
Reports to Sr Supply Chain Manager and will be managing an assigned scope of products and manufacturing site(s).
Represents Supply interests during new product introduction and the life cycle management of the product.
Collaborates with the demand planning team to align on a monthly forecast and identify potential "what-if" scenarios.
Influences the AV manufacturing sites, Third Party providers and Distribution Center supply teams.
Interacts with the Marketing and Commercial teams for inventory reduction and delivery of customer service expectations.
Leads the reduction of AV inventory throughout the entire supply chain network.
Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial complexity and strategic impact to organization
Bachelor degree (Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management) or combination experience and education in related work background.
MBA preferred
Supply Chain and Project Management certifications preferred
Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience
Supply Chain experience is required.
SAP
Medical Device experience preferred but not required.
This position requires excellent leadership, problem solving, negotiating, and general "people skills"
Excellent written and oral communications skills with particular attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint and presenting to executive leadership
