We’re hiring a Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering to lead a growing electromechanical supplier industrialization team across areas such as PCBAs, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, control panels and integrated electrical systems.

This is a true player-coach role. You’ll lead and develop a small team while staying close to the technical work, working directly with suppliers and engineering teams on DFM, APQP, PPAP, supplier readiness, launch, ramp and root cause problem solving.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in supplier industrialization, NPI, manufacturing engineering or supplier development within complex electromechanical products. You don’t need to be an expert in every commodity, but you should be technically strong, comfortable challenging suppliers and able to lead through ambiguity.

Ideal for an experienced Manager, Staff or Senior Staff Engineer who wants more ownership, team-building responsibility and the chance to shape how the function operates.
