Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrialization experience in electrical PCB/PCBA.
• High autonomy with minimal reliance on internal engineering.
• Strong ability to translate technical issues for executives.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% globally, primarily Asia.

Responsibilities

• Own PCB/PCBA supplier category from ID to production.
• Diagnose defects on SMT, assembly, and test lines; lead root-cause analysis.
• Travel to supplier sites and audit processes for readiness.
• Enforce quality systems (FMEA, APQP, PPAP) for high-quality output.
