Qualifications

• Five years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, advisory services firm or large multinational org performing financial audit or corporate accounting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CPA or CPA equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting issues, bankruptcies, business combinations or restatements.
• Proven ability to connect with senior executives to generate new business relationships and projects.
• Demonstrated capability to lead diverse teams and manage staffing.

Responsibilities

• Review credit payments and whole loan documentation to verify accuracy; prepare client deliverables and working papers.
• Engage in CMBS, CLO, CDO, MBS and ABS engagements.
• Lead due diligence on real estate securitizations of CRE assets.
• Perform compliance testing related to client agreements with banks, issuers, regulators and investors.
• Interact with clients and team members to achieve engagement objectives and execute work programs.
• Manage deal workflow, budgets, onboarding, and final deliverables for internal and client use.
