Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Manager, Strategy, US to shape the strategic direction of its US business. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to refine priorities and manage annual planning across functions.

You will work with FP&A to align financial plans, translate strategy into actionable initiatives, and drive KPI-enabled accountability. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Demonstrated financial modeling and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams and influencing without authority.
• Experience supporting executive-level strategic planning processes.

Job description

• The Manager, Strategy, US plays a critical role in shaping and advancing the strategic direction of NAPA’s US business.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape and refine NAPA’s strategic priorities.
• Manage the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Ensure strategy is effectively translated into executable initiatives with defined KPIs and accountability.
• Perform external, competitive, market, and economic analysis to inform strategic direction.
• Develop structured strategic plans for major enterprise transformational, growth and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, transformation, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting executive-level strategic planning processes.
• Experience managing direct report(s) and influencing without authority.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of your time.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Retail or Logistics is preferred.
