Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Strategy plays a key role in supporting and driving cross‑functional strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver profitable growth. In this role it leads analytical efforts, provides insights to inform decision‑making, and assists with developing strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. It collaborates with cross‑functional teams, acting as a connector to identify opportunities and align initiatives with enterprise objectives.

Analytical Leadership

• Lead research and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives
• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to develop actionable recommendations for business challenges

Strategic Narrative Development

• Create and refine presentations and documents that clearly communicate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and the board
• Ensure all materials are backed by strong data and insights

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with senior leaders and teams across functions to identify synergies and opportunities for alignment
• Act as a connector between teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring consistency in strategic execution

Initiative Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, gather feedback, and refine strategies to improve execution

Change Agent Support

• Support senior leaders in driving organizational change by helping to influence and align stakeholders
• Mentor team members and take responsibility for the development and onboarding of new team members
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
• In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned
