In this role, you will ensure that services and strategic solutions are proposed and delivered effectively. You will apply extensive and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare marketplace to guide patient services program strategy, design, implementation, and daily operations by providing subject matter expertise. You will:
- Act as client-facing lead for analytics and reporting services, which involves engaging and advising clients through executive-level presence and storytelling to effectively demonstrate strategic thinking in support of recommendations
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the customer on clarity of program deliverables, client provided requirements, and risks and potential opportunities associated with solutions
- Provide consulting support to program management to ensure teams meet client program strategic priorities, goals, and metrics
- Deliver team impact analysis/program ROI, ensure program(s) meet performance expectations/SLA and identify opportunities to improve field effectiveness
- Analyze program and market trends to capitalize on opportunities and provide solutions to upcoming challenges
- Build and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, laws, and guidelines that relate to commercial or regulatory programs to support client initiatives
- Experience with Dashboard Development and Analytics with Business Intelligence Tool, advanced BI Tool, SQL, advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Expertise in business planning and market analysis, defining program metrics/team management and analyzing CRM data
- Experience translating analysis findings to actionable insights for at least one of the following: pharmaceutical commercial, market access or clinical education, ideally with a mix of sales teams, clinical educators, medical affairs, and market access teams.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Dashboard Development and Analytics with Business Intelligence Tool, advanced BI Tool, SQL, advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Expertise in business planning and market analysis, defining program metrics/team management and analyzing CRM data
- Experience translating analysis findings to actionable insights for at least one of the following: pharmaceutical commercial, market access or clinical education, ideally with a mix of sales teams, clinical educators, medical affairs, and market access teams.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience working in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Digital marketing and analytics experience
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $121,000 to $148,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
