Tumble is a DTC brand that's revolutionizing the home furnishings industry with our curated assortment of washable and spillproof rugs. Since our launch in 2021, we quickly passed 8 figures in annualized revenue and are marching towards 9 figures. To help support our growth, we're looking for a Manager ofStrategy &Operations. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the early stages (our 13 th US-based employee!) and work directly with the Director of Operations and the founders to shape the trajectory of the company.

This role requires someone who has a strong operational / analytical background as they’ll help run our supply chain, logistics, and warehousing departments. We’re looking for someone who is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and ready to work hard to grow the company.

Qualifications:

●College degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience

●Ideally has a consulting background or operational experience

●Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills

●Clear and effective communicator

●Additional attributes: hard working, self-starter, high ownership, ability to multitask, curious, results-oriented, has a bias for action, entrepreneurial, can handle stressful environments

Responsibilities:

●Supply Chain Management: Assist in product development, compliance, and vendor relationship management to ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery timelines

●Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage relationships with 3PLs across multiple regions, improve warehouse storage, fulfilment and cross-border shipping efficiency

●Logistics & Distribution: Optimize inbound and outbound logistics for timely and cost-effective distribution and strengthen relationships with carriers to enhance service quality

●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service to align operations with business goals and improve customer satisfaction

●Strategic Business Growth: Use data-driven insights to identify operational scaling opportunities and implement strategies for continuous improvement, automation, and AI
