Job summary

FCCI, a leading insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Regulatory & Statistical Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate filings to state departments and rating bureaus. This hands-on leader will establish controls and work across IT, Product, Claims, Underwriting.

Preferred locations are Home Office in Sarasota, FL, or the Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a salary range of $103,360 to $159,175 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory and statistical reporting for insurance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Ability to establish and monitor data quality controls for filings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor procedures and controls to ensure data quality for automated and manual filings reported to states and regulatory bureaus.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team to ensure timely reporting and compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Management, Claims and Underwriting to develop data systems for regulatory reporting.

We are seeking an experiencedRegulatory & Statistical ReportingManager, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of statistical and financial data to various bureaus and state insurance departments, and other rating organizations for all lines of commercial insurance. The selected individual will be a hands-on leader, ensuring compliance with all external bureau reporting requirement deadlines. Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring procedures and controls to ensure data quality for automated and manual filings reported to states and regulatory bureaus. Works closely with Information Technology, Product Management, Claims, Underwriting, and other departments in developing the required data systems and procedures needed for regulatory and statistical reporting. The manager’s role will ensure collaborative communication and decision making, as well as lead, mentor and manage others. Preferred location is Home Office in Sarasota, FL, or may be located in our Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX.

The salary range for this position is $103,360-$159,175 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
