Community Clinic in Springdale, AR, seeks a Manager of Specialty Service Lines to oversee Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, and Infectious Disease operations. The role drives best practices, scheduling, biologics inventory, and staff coaching under the VP of Specialty Service Lines, with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• RN license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 years of administration or leadership experience in health care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and standardize specialty service line processes.
• Coach and support practice managers and medical staff across lines.
• Assist VP of Site Operations with cross-line improvements and staffing.
• Supervise clinical or administrative specialty service line staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate infusion services, inventory, and scheduling for specialty lines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH, OSHA, NCQA PCMH).
• Travel for meetings, classes, and workshops as needed.
