This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for the DFS NA Payment team. The candidate should be familiar with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments and have experience with testing methodologies, tools, and continuous integration practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of software testers.
2. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and automation strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
4. Improve testing processes continuously.
5. Track and report testing progress and issues.
6. Maintain testing environments.
7. Write and analyze test plans and cases.
8. Troubleshoot bugs and verify fixes.
9. Create and update test scripts.
10. Identify root causes of defects.
11. Lead test automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of software testing experience.
• 2-3 years in a QA leadership role.
• Experience in payments domain testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive troubleshooting skills.
• Business acumen.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Hardware/Electronic knowledge and basic IT skills including networking.
