Oversees a small team within the Total Rewards function, ensuring operational excellence in compensation and benefits. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives and contributes to process improvements. Manages day‑to‑day program administration, resolves escalated employee inquiries, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Develops junior team members and fosters collaboration with HR partners.
