Supports the execution of strategic initiatives and contributes to process improvements. Manages day-to-day program administration, resolves escalated employee inquiries, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Develops junior team members and fosters collaboration with HR partners.**What You’ll Do:*** Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy.* Supervise and coach team members on Total Rewards processes, tools, and compliance standards.* Support annual compensation planning, benefits renewals, and wellness program administration.* Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including documentation for audits.* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to execute programs and resolve escalated employee inquiries.* Monitor operational metrics and recommend process improvements.* Provide training, support, and development opportunities to team members to ensure high performance and engagement.* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.**What You’ll Bring to Zelis:*** Typically has Bach. +8 yrs.; Masters +6 yrs.
