Corewell Health is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to help shape how our organization shows up across today’s fast-changing social media landscape. This role is ideal for a modern social media leader who understands how to create human, useful and platform-native content that earns attention, builds trust and supports business priorities. The Social Media Manager will lead a team responsible for organic content strategy and execution across priority platforms, partnering with key stakeholders to tell compelling stories. The manager and team will use audience insights, channel expectations, algorithmic signals and performance data to improve reach, engagement, trust and action among followers and relevant non-follower audiences.Supports the appropriate director in developing, implementing and managing the corporate communications function for the organization. Responsible for external and internal communications and possibly marketing initiatives intended to engage consumers and employees based on strategic marketing communications objectives for internal clients. Demonstrates expertise and skill in developing strategic, integrated marketing and communication solutions and implementing a variety of marketing and communications tactics for internal and external audiences. Coordinates messaging across a variety of platforms. Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Responsible for project management, vendor management, communications and marketing planning, and team development.. Manages and provides leadership to teams within System Communications & Marketing to develop plans that help accomplish goals and tasks.
